Depalletizers Line DEP Co.Mec.
The DEP line of Depalletizers uses a flexible modular system that allows you to treat a wide range of containers: cans, bottles, jerrycans and glass jars.
The DEP line includes fixed or mobile pallet machines, designed to guarantee maximum production flexibility thanks to the study of customized solutions according to speed and the production process.
DEP.1
DEP 1 automatic depalletizers are suitable for medium and high speed systems.
They have a double column structure built in FE360 painted with epoxy resins, joining surfaces and support seats for the movements worked with numerically controlled machine tools, to ensure the most complete fluidity in handling.
They are push machines with stationary pallet, designed to remove one layer at a time of bottles / containers that arrive on the pallet formed by several superimposed layers and separated by an interlayer sheet of cardboard or plastic.
The machine is made up of 2 columns to which 2 fixed and 1 movable frames are applied. The machine is complete with stock, supply roller conveyor and unloading pallets.

DEP. 80/50
Automatic (Dep 80) or Semi-automatic (Dep 50) depalletizer suitable for medium and high speed system.
It’s a pushing machine with a firm column structure built in FE360 painted with epoxy resins.
The machine is composed of a very robust column to which all the operating elements are applied.
The joining surfaces and the support seats for the movements are made with numerical control machines, to ensure complete fluidity in handling.
The manual part of the machine consists of the pallet change system.
The Dep 50 version is supplied without a pallet magazine.

Operation
DEP.50 Venturi
This depalletizer is suitable for medium and hight speed sustes.
This machine, unlike Dep 2, with the aid of a vacuum gripping head, gives the possibility of depalletizing vessels that are difficult to handle with a push machine (conical vessels).
The column structure built in FE360 (S235JR) painted with epoxy resins, bonding surface, and movement support positions processed with numerical control machine tools to ensure the most complete fluidity during the handling. The machine shown in the photo can download 10 different models of vases.
The manual part of the machine consists of pallet changing system.
The suction head is tailored to the type of product to be processed.

Operation
DEP.3
Semi-automatic push-pull depalletizer with mobile pallet, suitable for low and medium speed systems.
It can be positioned in limited spaces and with pallets with a maximum height of 150 mm.
It’s a single column structure built in FE36O (S235JR) painted with epoxy resins.
Reliable machinery that leaves the operator only to change the pallet.
